Accessible transport service
Taxi Direct NB has signed an agreement with the City of Dieppe to provide the taxi service for to the transportation of residents with limited mobility without a wheelchair eligible to the program.

Service Schedule :
Monday to Friday : 6:30 am - 9:00 pm
Saturday : 7:00 am - 9:30 pm (By reservation only)
Sunday : 10:00 am - 6:00 pm (By reservation only)
No services will be offered on statutory holidays and if the weather conditions are bad for safe driving.
Note : Taxi Direct reserves the right to cancel reservations made in advance for these dates.

Give your name, pick up address, destination address, date and time. We will call you to confirm your reservation in the shortest time during the day.

♦ You can make a reservation via the mobile application, Taxi Direct New Brunswick. To use it, you must download and install it on your mobile phone, and create an account to connect. Once created, this same account can be used to log online and reserve a taxi from our website.
You can not request to use promotional codes in the mobile application for subsidized bookings. If you do, your order will be canceled.
All bookings made other, than by telephone with our representative, must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, there is a risk that they will be canceled.
Pick-up times are normally on the hour and half-hour, like for a bus. Taxi Direct cannot guarantee that any other time can be accommodated even if an advanced reservation is made.
The service is not intended for emergency medical services. If there is an emergency situation users must call 911 and advise them as to what the nature of the emergency is.
The customer is responsible for paying the exact amount in cash to the driver. The driver will not have money to give change.
Reservation process and timelines.
Reservations by phone with our representative must be made at least 1 hour in advance;
by e-mail, text message, online and by mobile application - minimum 24 hours in advance.
If there is no reservation, Taxi Direct cannot guarantee that the pick-up time requested will be available.
Reservations are made on a first come first served basis with occasional adjustments to pick-up times based on priority in order of: 1. Employment. 2. Education. 3 Medical appointments. 4. Social / Other.
During periods of peak usage it is possible that a pick up time will not be available even if a reservation is requested 24 hours or more in advance.
